2、 加盖公司订舱章订舱：

需提供订舱附件的（如船公司价格确认件），应一并备齐方能去订舱。

3、取得配舱回单，摘取航空公司名称、航班号、提单号等信息。

四、提货或送货

1、 提货：

填妥装机计划：装机时间、航空公司、航班号、中转港、目的港、毛重、件数、体积、门点、联系人、电话等要因，先于截关日（起飞前两天）1~2天排好车班。
